Files and Media you upload, including logos, headshots, and testimonials for website or marketing purposes.

We use your information to:
Deliver the products and services you purchase (including Lofty setup, website design, consulting, and integrations). Provide customer support and respond to inquiries. Send you updates, reminders, and important information related to your services. Improve our services, website, and customer experience. Comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in these limited cases:
With trusted third-party service providers (such as Lofty CRM, domain registrars, or MLS providers) in order to deliver the services you purchased. When required by law, regulation, or legal process. To protect the rights, property, or safety of Blaiz Marketing, our clients, or others.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system or method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with our obligations, or resolve disputes.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email we send. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected].

Lofty CRM Fully Set Up — for Just $197
Contact Uploads: Agent must submit a CSV file of past contacts with at least a name and phone number and/or email. Some information may not transfer between CRMs. Blaiz Marketing is not liable for lost data during transfer. We recommend saving your CSV file from past imports for your own records.
MLS IDX Integration: May require signatures from both Agent and Broker or additional steps as required by MLS. Requirements vary per the different MLS subscriptions.
Call/Text Package: Agent is responsible for completing U.S. A2P 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) Registration. Set-up requires a saved credit card on file with Lofty CRM. Monthly charges will be billed directly by Lofty until canceled. Blaiz Marketing can assist with cancellations or upgrades with 30-day notice sent to [email protected] for an additional $25 fee. To downgrade, contact Lofty directly at [email protected] or 1 (855) 981-7557. Blaiz Marketing makes no profit from Lofty’s monthly call/text packages.
Integrations: Some integrations may require 2-factor authentication. Agents must remove 2FA or schedule a 30-minute appointment with Blaiz within 30 days of product delivery to complete authentication or the product will be considered deliverable as a finished product.
Refund & Extension Policy: If required onboarding forms are not submitted within 30 days of purchase, Blaiz Marketing will not issue a full refund. A 50% refund will be honored upon request sent to [email protected]. For extensions, Blaiz Marketing charges $29 per 30 days to keep the project active beyond the original 60-day window.

Domain Connection: Agents must provide access to their domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains). Agents must either remove 2-factor authentication (2FA) from their domain hosting account or schedule a 15-minute call with Blaiz Marketing where they are present to provide authentication codes in real time. Blaiz Marketing is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
MLS Configuration: IDX integration may require signatures or approvals from the Agent and Broker. Delays from MLS or Broker compliance departments are outside of Blaiz Marketing’s control.
Contact Forms & Tagging: Blaiz Marketing will configure forms and tagging as outlined; however, agents are responsible for confirming proper delivery of and automations for leads within their CRM.
Custom Pages & Flex Pages: Page designs are based on Blaiz Marketing’s templates and customized for the agent’s brand. Requests that require major layout changes, custom coding, or advanced features will be quoted separately.
Agent Attraction Page: Includes a landing page and form setup with tagging. Additional features (such as email automation or integrations with third-party software) are considered advanced add-ons and may incur extra charges.
Website Concierge Service: Limited to 5 small updates per month (e.g., headshot, bio edits, testimonial updates, event info, link changes, and minor wording updates). Does not include complete redesigns, new landing pages, or structural changes. Major updates will be billed separately at current hourly/project rates. Unused updates do not roll over month-to-month. All concierge edits will be completed within 21 days of the form submission.
Content Responsibility: Agents are responsible for providing accurate information, headshots, bios, testimonials, and other brand-specific materials. Blaiz Marketing is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information provided by the agent.
Third-Party Platforms: Some features (IDX, lead routing, social media integrations, domain hosting, etc.) may require third-party accounts, logins, or subscriptions. Agents are responsible for maintaining those accounts in good standing. Blaiz Marketing is not responsible for service outages, policy changes, or costs imposed by third-party platforms.
Data & Security: Some integrations may require 2-factor authentication. Agents must temporarily disable 2FA or schedule a session with Blaiz Marketing to complete integration with the agent present. Blaiz Marketing is not liable for lost passwords, access issues, or downtime due to agent-controlled settings.
Refund & Extension Policy: If required onboarding forms are not submitted within 30 days of purchase, Blaiz Marketing will not issue a full refund. A 50% refund will be honored upon request sent to [email protected]. For extensions, Blaiz Marketing charges $49 per 30 days to keep the project active beyond the original 30-day window.
Lofty CRM Consulting with Barkley Romero
Usage Period: All purchased consulting sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by emailing Barkley at [email protected] within 14 calendar days from the expiration date of 6 months after the initial consultation.
Refunds: If sessions are not scheduled and used within 6 months, they will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be considered a completed session.
Recording: Sessions may be recorded upon request for your personal use. Blaiz Marketing / Barkley Romero is not responsible for technical issues with third-party recording software.
Consulting Scope: Consulting provides guidance, strategy, and expert solutions for Lofty CRM. Implementation of advice, compliance with MLS or brokerage rules, and maintenance of third-party accounts (Google, Outlook, domain registrars, etc.) are the agent’s responsibility.
Confidentiality: All discussions are kept confidential. Any sensitive information shared (logins, client data, etc.) should be provided securely. Blaiz Marketing is not liable for data breaches caused by third-party systems outside our control.
SEO Integration: SEO optimization may or may not require the agent to purchase and activate Lofty’s SEO package. Blaiz Marketing will configure SEO settings within Lofty, but cannot guarantee results without Lofty’s required SEO subscription.
