If you havent logged into Lofty yet, please go to Lofty.com

Press Sign in 

Click Forgot Password

Use your Epique Email and send yourself a sign in code 

Use the verification code sent to your email to login and reset your password

Please turn 2 factor authentication OFF or make sure that we have access to the email where 2 factor auth goes to

  • Log in to your Lofty account.

  • Go to More then Settings → Account & Security

  • Look for the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.

  • If it’s enabled, you’ll see a toggle or button → Uncheck or Turn Off.

  • Confirm the change (Lofty may ask for your current 2FA code one last time).

If you would like us to import your contacts from another CRM, please do the following: 

Go to your current CRM and download the contacts. You can typically find a walkthrough of how to do this in your current CRM Help Page

It should download as a CSV file. 

Save it to Your Computer

If you would like us to Upload your Phone contacts to your Lofty Account as Sphere of Influence Leads

From IPhone: 

Using the Contacts App on Your iPhone 

  1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap Lists at the top left.

  3. Touch and hold an existing list, or create a new one by tapping Add List.

  4. Tap Export and select the fields you want to include, then tap Done.

  5. Choose Mail or Messages to send the exported contact cards, which will include a CSV file if the app or recipient supports it.

From Android: 

  1. Sync Contacts: On your Android phone, go to Settings > Google Accounts, select your Google account, and ensure "Contacts" is set to sync. 

  2. Access Google Contacts: On a computer, navigate to contacts.google.com and sign in with the same Google account. 

  3. Export Contacts: In the left-hand menu, click Export. 

  4. Select Format: Choose the contacts you want to export, then select Google CSV as the export format. 

  5. Download: Click Export and save the .csv file to your computer.
